Puspakom D.O.A(dead or alive?)

Corruption...Corruption...Corruption...that's what will people think when heard about puspakom. Why do they think like that?Is it true or just a rumour?
Although puspakom already being watched 24/7 by authorities(not authority),corruption still avail...
I do think it's because of the small salary, long working hour and pressure from many peoples, especially from the ASA,RTD and puspakom itself.
The worker(the vehicle examiner) would be working under pressure with this kind of watch, nonsense watch...bribery can be reduce when the worker being give a place(work place) that he/she is not under pressure,if not,the work would be sluggish...

Hummer will DIE soon?

bling-bling hummer

With the price of fuel that's still increasing,GM the producer of HUMMER,could face pressure from the economy.WHY?it is a fuel guzzler...If not mistaken,in Malaysia, there are some HUMMER users...maybe the users are from the rich and famous?!hahaha

So,hopefully, there will be a car manufacturer that would like to buy this brand, for a cheap price,hahaha...and good luck to GM.

Congratulation Dolah!

The thinkable thing already came true.So Malaysian, how do you feel?

Our "PM" already make a bold move,to suffocate the citizens of Malaysia, and from now on,everything will increase, from foods, service etc,i meant everything!
No more night ride nor Kentucky every 2weeks.Just have to change the way of life, like what our PM and TPM said, use motorcycle or bicycle to work...Bravo Dolah, you just make yourself unpopular and hated by malaysian.
So,have to use my suzuki cup,for the rest of my life?Burden...burden...

Fuel Price Increase?

People can just guess it by the way our "leader" talked in the news. You can expect the fuel price at the gas station would increase around 30 to 50cents.It's only my guessing,so don't believe it first, just wait for the minister to talk.
If that's the increment, that would be a pain in the @$$ to us,majority, that's low and medium income. You can imagine a person for example, his net income,RM1200,pays car, rent, food, toll etc,and the balance?Just imagine it!It's ok i think if you are staying in "low cost to live" states like in Perlis.

It's would totally be a burden to us,so peoples,if you thinking to buy new car, think again,i would prefer motorcycle myself. No need to think about toll etc, just worry about my safety and rain!

Fuel Subsidies Review?

That day, seem like the Malaysia government would likely increase the oil price, where
the worldwide oil price sky rocketing to $130++ per barrel.Damn high!
For sure, the government wouldn't want to be burden by the subsidies and they must wondering how the hell to stop this resource leakage. The Government can easily say to change the lifestyle of the Malaysian, but who's bother to listen to BN?
I think,Malaysia should tax rich companys more,so there will be new revenue and the money can be use to help the Malaysian rather than overkilled them by increasing the fuel price. The Malaysia(low to medium income) could barely breath with the small salary and must cope up with hitting ceiling price of fuel and foods. And i don't want to hear the same phrase anymore,"change our lifestyle"<---what the hell.

The goverment also should scrapped down some stupid projects that doesn't give revenue to the country, likes the PLKN project etc. It's such a stupid idea to do the "summer camp".It's such a waste of money.

At the border for instance, strict the neighbour's car from refuelling at the border,or limit their refueling, because they are using our country money!

So,think other way government!Use your brain. You don't want everything to be expensive,it's like the domino effect, when you increase the fuel price, other price thing will increase too.

2015 Malaysia?What Will Happen?
Malaysia might just become like Singapore, where their economy depend on import/export.But will Malaysia can challenge Singapore?I don't know.
On that year, for sure, the price of oil increase rapidly, and more people will prefer fuel-effiecient car, than big SUV.Also,we will see more type of car, like electric car, hybrid, diesel etc.
Hopefully, the Tesla will be import here.
The public transport might as well become primery choice for citizens to move around,go to work, etc.Because of that,i hope the fare will be affordable because there will be more user for this kind of transport.

Malaysia and Automotive

Somehow,in Malaysia, the automotive market still suck, why?Because of all the taxes being implement to all the imported car.For instant,a Nissan GTR in Japan cost you about RM200k,but when imported to our lovely country(d-oh),the price tags tripled to RM700K!!!What the f*ck?!That would be a toys for the rich and famous, and we,average earner, would only can used kancil wannabe turbo, wira evo ahbeng. Is that our standard of life?

That day,i'm just checking up a newspaper advertisements because i'm a big fan of Charade Espri and Aura.I want to know current price. The Espri is around RM17k+ while the Aura,RM7k+,you know what,a cheap shot same standard car in UK for Aura price around 50pounds!!!But that kind of car for sure will not manage to pass the MoT inspection. But for that price,it's quite a bargain. But in Malaysia, like you paying for a piece of junk, waiting the time to rot!
Malaysia truly a "Bolehland"...idiot...time to change guys!Dump them!

It's just in matter of times that the fuel price will reach to a price where you will feel a very heavy burden, paying quarter of your salary just to move you to your working place. The ministers talk and talk about to change our life style, what the f*ck,they don't need to pay for fuel,so shut the f*ck up!
This post may sound a bit political, but that's the truth...you can't run from the truth, even it's pain to swallow it...
Puspakom and Bribery

"weh dude,i've already transplant my new turbo engine last week, very powerful beb,any runner you know?",that kind of conversation you will always heard when your are at TT,forum, workshop etc.Somehow, some workshop does provide this kinda service, easy and no hassle, just need "cengkeram" or "pengeras" if you know what i meant...

We always heard of myth,if you want your car past the testing, put some bucks and boxes of cigarette in the glove box,i don't know if it's true, but somehow i've doubt about it.
It takes a great deal to stop this unmoral thing from going on.Just i read about puspakom at paultan site about the puspakom staff making manual inspection although there is computer to do the job. So,government, make thing clear from now.If not, bigger problem will rise.We don't want unroad-worthy cars in the street and bang up somebody's car,and split into two.
So puspakomer,do your job properly and the halal way.

What Would Be The Future Fuel?
Everybody know that today, food price are expensive compared to years ago.The inflation cannot be stop and this condition already been talk about last year, and now,it will come true.
businesstimes.com.sg :
Malaysia's consumer price index (CPI) shows inflation hit a nine-month high in November [2007] and looks like it is accelerating. Figures released by the Statistics Department show November's inflation rate jumped to 2.3%, from 1.9% in October. The rise was driven largely by a 3.8% surge in the price of food and soft drinks - the biggest in two years and a direct result of the higher global prices of flour, cereal and dairy products. A Deutsche Bank survey two years ago calculated that the real rate of inflation in the Klang Valley was closer to 8%.Inflation will gain impetus next year because of pending increases in the prices of fuel and public transport. Price rises could also put pressure on the government, which is likely to call a general election next year. Fuel prices will be a particularly tricky problem for the government. They are being reviewed, and while details so far have been sketchy, most analysts reckon fuel could go up by at least 20-30 sen (9-13 Singapore cents). The government has already announced toll rate hikes on six highways ranging from 9-50%. The upshot of all this, according to investment bank CIMB, is an inflation rate of 3.3-3.8% in 2008.
So,what is our shot to tackle this global phenomenon?I don't know, why don't you ask our PM,he may or may not have the answer.Okey, that's only the introduction on our economy status, that's problematic. Now we are talk about the title "What Would Be The Future Fuel?"
Bio-diesel and E85

These type of fuel used widely in the Europe because the soaring of the fuel price. But the E85 fuel mostly used in America Latin, which they use sugar cane and extract it to become ethanol and mix it up with gasoline, where 85% made of ethanol, while 15% of it from gasoline.
GM already design and build “Flex Fuel” vehicle where it can use E85 or gasoline. But is it a best way?It depends on the market, but for now, everything just went wrong.Maybe years before, when the food price at average level,bio-diesel or E85 can be a problem solver.
The real problem right now is,I’ve done research on the sites, some sites give me positive answers and the other vise-versa.It’s about how many energy unit been used to produce biodiesel or E85.Some sites give some statement that every unit energy used,2.5 to 3.2 units gained, but that depend on what kind of crop you are using.I don’t know which 1 to believe.Below is a table on how much oil you can gain per acre:
| Table 1: OIL PRODUCING CROPS | ||||||
| Plant | Latin Name | Gal Oil/ Acre | Plant | Latin Name | Gal Oil/ Acre | |
| Oil Palm | Elaeis guineensis | 610 | Rice | Oriza sativa L. | 85 | |
| Macauba Palm | Acrocomia aculeata | 461 | Buffalo Gourd | Cucurbita foetidissima | 81 | |
| Pequi | Caryocar brasiliense | 383 | Safflower | Carthamus tinctorius | 80 | |
| Buriti Palm | Mauritia flexuosa | 335 | Crambe | Crambe abyssinica | 72 | |
| Oiticia | Licania rigida | 307 | Sesame | Sesamum indicum | 71 | |
| Coconut | Cocos nucifera | 276 | Camelina | Camelina sativa | 60 | |
| Avocado | Persea americana | 270 | Mustard | Brassica alba | 59 | |
| Brazil Nut | Bertholletia excelsa | 245 | Coriander | Coriandrum sativum | 55 | |
| Macadamia Nut | Macadamia terniflora | 230 | Pumpkin Seed | Cucurbita pepo | 55 | |
| Jatropa | Jatropha curcas | 194 | Euphorbia | Euphorbia lagascae | 54 | |
| Babassu Palm | Orbignya martiana | 188 | Hazelnut | Corylus avellana | 49 | |
| Jojoba | Simmondsia chinensis | 186 | Linseed | Linum usitatissimum | 49 | |
| Pecan | Carya illinoensis | 183 | Coffee | Coffea arabica | 47 | |
| Bacuri | Platonia insignis | 146 | Soybean | Glycine max | 46 | |
| Castor Bean | Ricinus communis | 145 | Hemp | Cannabis sativa | 37 | |
| Gopher Plant | Euphorbia lathyris | 137 | Cotton | Gossypium hirsutum | 33 | |
| Piassava | Attalea funifera | 136 | Calendula | Calendula officinalis | 31 | |
| Olive Tree | Olea europaea | 124 | Kenaf | Hibiscus cannabinus L. | 28 | |
| Rapeseed | Brassica napus | 122 | Rubber Seed | Hevea brasiliensis | 26 | |
| Opium Poppy | Papaver somniferum | 119 | Lupine | Lupinus albus | 24 | |
| Peanut | Ariachis hypogaea | 109 | Palm | Erythea salvadorensis | 23 | |
| Cocoa | Theobroma cacao | 105 | Oat | Avena sativa | 22 | |
| Sunflower | Helianthus annuus | 98 | Cashew Nut | Anacardium occidentale | 18 | |
| Tung Oil Tree | Aleurites fordii | 96 | Corn | Zea mays | 18 | |
Absolutely, when you see the table, the largest oil producing crop is the palm oil, where Malaysia is the biggest producer. But if you’re a Malaysian, you can’t find any biodiesel pump at fuel station. Some say,it’s only used at certain places, maybe still “experimenting” I guess. If the process is slow like this,For Malaysia,I don’t think we can achieve any achievement nor using that kind of fuel anytime from now.
For now and 20 or 40years ahead, globally, biofuel or E85 can be a main source of energy before new innovative way were found to produce clean energy.
Solar
For years, solar energy was used to generate power to heat up water for home,as a backup power supply for calculator etc. Some people may just think, why can’t we just use this kind of energy. We can actually, but it’s still expensive to be consider as a power supply.
Some deliberate, solar power is unenvironment-friendly,because they use batteries to store the energy.Somehow, time goes by,new technologys appeared where the energy can be store in Litium ion batteries that’s safe and environment-friendly.
But still, everytime we see in the newspaper, television, this kind of power supply would not be a peoples choice, just because it’s unefficient(slow charging) and slow.Maybe someday somehow,we can see this kind of vehicle power on solar on the road.
Fuel Cell

This technology already been use in space industry where it’s used as a fuel.NASA has used liquid hydrogen since the 1970s to propel the space shuttle and other rockets into orbit. It’s also power the electrical in the space shuttle and the byproduct, which is water:the crews drink.
For vehicles, this kind of technology already developed and used. The problem is,to get hydrogen supply(hydrogen pump station).Lacking of this necessity contribute to the slow progress, maybe because of the oil company doesn’t want their business to be ruined.
Electric
Toyota Prius
With proven track of the Prius, although it’s hybrid, still,it’s a good sign for a better tomorrow. With car manufacturer nowday trying to produce fully electric car,or atleast hybrid, shown that electric car have a bright future.

Typical people like Jeremy Clarkson might says that electric car suck, because they are slow like snail or turtle, now,we can shut their mouth up,where The Tesla car came to safe.Taken from what he said,” If you love cars you are up against a global conspiracy to destroy your spirit. You must rebel and you should buy the fastest and most beautiful car that falls into your grasp”, he must be stupid enough to be kick in the head.Fast doesn’t meant you have to use Bugatti Veyron or Mclaren F1 that quench a lot of fuel,I meant a lot! While the Tesla only uses of equivalent 4cents per gallon or in between that.

Tips on Fuel Saving.

Fuel efficient Cars(Nissan)
- For the first car,Nissan Micra locally know as March. Not the gasoline engine, but with diesel engine plus a turbo! It's a 1500cc,for Malaysian,it's quite good for small car, easier to over-take a trailer i guess. The car using only 2 pistons, instead of 3 or 4 pistons. The car featuring direct injection and an intercooler.
- With an impressive 148lb/ft of torque at only 1900rpm,producing 86hp,this car is for sure a speedy at traffic light!
- The second featured car is the Nissan Otti. The look may looked odd,but people may can receive it well, just like what happened to Perodua Kenari, where people skeptically talk rubbish about that car that looked like a moving bread(because of the boxy shape),but time goes by,the car became a favourite car for a small family because of the space features.
- This car builted boxy for the sake of space.Inside, you can feel the spaciousness, just like the Kenari, but more like a minivan,a small minivan.Actually, the car have many kind of optional feature like the sliding door for the passenger instead of normal door. The space cargo were impressively large when you fold the back seat.
- With 3cylinders,660cc,just like Kancil,it may have some drawback, where the car only produce 50hp at 6500rpm!Who want to rev this type of car like that to squeeze out the power?Maybe a person that tried to take-over a trailer i guess.
- This tiny car based on Suzuki's platform also used in Otti. With 3cylinders that producing 54hp,the car just like the Otti, with a different face.Nothing much to talk about because it's a just a same car like the Otti.
- People might familiar with this kinda of design in Malaysia. Its looked likes Grand Livina.Maybe this is Nissan's kinda signature right now.
- The last car featuring today, doesn't meant that the last is the worst or the best, but just simple okey to me.This 4cylinders turbo-diesel,1500cc,producing 103hp at 4000rpm,and 177lb/ft at only 2000rpm that manage to get nearly 50mpg.That's a good car for a city travel.
- The conclusion was, although these kind of small car might be seen as a sissy's car(if a guy used it),it practical for a family that just start built the own life. The car that feature here may or may not been in Malaysia's market, but i think it might available in Malaysia, where the grey importer bring in the cars.

Wood Clubman car[t]?

An Italian coachbuilder Aznom, built an amazing kinda style, where the Mini Clubman being given some oddity, which is some of the exterior and interior trim are using woods.
These special and limited cars are only being builted 12 units only.
Owners of the vehicles will be given a numbered plaque that have their name printed on it,which is cool! But for me,this Mini Clubman(doesn't matter if it's a limited 1 or the normal production),is not suitable for Malaysia, because the car only have 1 "suicide" door on the driver's side, which it is unsuitable and concerning about safety.
